The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short bus or tram ride away from the city center. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable.

There were some issues with the check, in and check, out process. We were not able to leave our luggage securely before the official check, in time and had to leave it in an unidentifiable area, which made us feel uneasy about the safety of our belongings.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. It was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast selection. It had a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was very close to the bus station. It made it convenient for us to catch a bus to our desired destinations. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop for a bus that takes you to Piazzale Roma in just 20 minutes. It's also near a bus station that goes to Venice, making it easy to explore the city. it's a great choice if you need to catch a flight at the Venice Marco Polo airport.

The breakfast options were limited, with only one type of bread that was often dry.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation to Venice. The surrounding village offered affordable options for snacks and drinks for our day trips. The local pizzeria owned by a world champion pizza maker was a real highlight. The staff, especially Suzan, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also wheelchair accessible, with an elevator and no steps. Our room in the new wing was great value for the money, with a comfortable bed and amazing mega big smart TV. We even enjoyed watching the live cam from Venice on the TV in our room. a perfect stay and highly recommended!
